STEP 1
On the taskbar click START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, COMMUNICATIONS, INTERNET CONNECTION WIZARD.

STEP 2
On Welcome to the Internet Connection Wizard, select "I want to set up my Internet connection manually", or "I want to connect through a local area network (LAN)". Then click Next.

STEP 3
On Setting up your Internet connection, make sure "I connect through a phone line and modem" is selected. Then click Next.

STEP 4
On Internet account connection information, UNCHECK the option "Dial using the area code and country code." Enter access number for your location.

Then click Next.

STEP 5
On Internet account logon information, enter your username and password from your Forbin Enrollment Sheet. Then click Next.

STEP 6
On Configuring your computer, enter Forbin Internet for the Connection name.

STEP 7
On Set Up Your Internet Mail Account, for Do you want to set up an Internet mail account now? choose YES. Click Next.

STEP 8
On Internet Mail Account, choose Create a new Internet mail account. Click Next.

STEP 9
On Your Name, enter your first and last name. example: John Doe Click Next.

STEP 10
On Internet E-mail Address, enter your forbin email address. example: joeuser@forbin.net Click Next.

STEP 11
On E-mail Server Names, it should say "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
Enter
Incoming mail server: mail.forbin.net
Outgoing mail server: mail.forbin.net
Click Next.

STEP 12
On Internet Mail Logon, enter your username example: joeuser for joeuser@forbin.net and password. Click Next. And then Finish on the next screen.

You may now dial into Forbin by clicking on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. Happy Surfing!
