Install RAS as a network service using the Network icon in the Control Panel.
Double-click My Computer, and then double-click Dial-Up Networking.
Click OK (or the New button) to add a new phone book entry. Configure the entry as follows:
Type a description such as FORBIN PPP in the "Name the new phone book entry" box, and then click Next.
Click the I Am Calling The Internet check box to select it, and then click Next. Click the Use Telephony Dialing Properties check box to select it, type 235-6000, and then click Next.
Click Finish, click More, and then click Edit Entry And Modem Properties.
Click the Server tab, and then click the Enable PPP LCP Extensions check box to clear it.
Click the Security tab, click "Accept any authentication including clear text", and then click OK.
Click Dial.
Use the part before the @forbin.net of your email address as your username.
Use your password as your password.
Leave the Domain box blank.
