Multi-Tennant Bandwidth Delivery Solution

This solution is ideal for small multi-tenant office buildings needing affordable high-speed bandwidth. Forbin will team up with you, the building owner or tenant manager to provide bandwidth that can be delivered and billed to each tenant. The tenant has a one-time cost of $100.00 for a 4-port router that provides the hardware link to connect their computer system to the Forbin High-Speed wireless network. Then, all they have to do is choose the monthly service plan best suited to their needs.

Note: Sharing of the bandwidth and resources may affect the performance of the network.

Installation of Hardware: The concept is simple, one antenna mounted on the building transmitting and receiving Internet data that is routed through a switch located in your wiring or phone closet and then delivered to each office.

Benefit: A small one-time investment allows you offer your current, or prospective tenants affordable Internet access that is provided and supported by a local Internet Service Provider.

Workstation Requirements: The client computers must have at least a 133Mhz Intel Pentium processor and an Ethernet interface card. The operating system must be either Microsoft Windows 98,98SE, Windows 2000 or ME. Macintosh OS V8.0 or later is also supported.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY: All we require is access to a secure closet within the building. Remote diagnostic and technical support will be provided on a per tenant basis.
