The Forbin Wireless Bridge/Router solution is ideal for small businesses. In most cases, this solution can be incorporated into your current network. This solution will allow all Internet users simultaneous access to a single Internet service subscription. Built in NAT technology provides firewall protection that effectively protects your internal network from out side sources. The wireless bridge/router can also be configured to block internal users access to the Internet.

Note: Sharing of the bandwidth and resources will affect the performance of the network.

Workstation Requirements: The client computers must have at least a 133Mhz Intel Pentium processor and an Ethernet interface card. The operating system must be either Microsoft Windows 98,98SE, Windows 2000 or ME, Macintosh OSV8.0. Regardless of the OS, the computer must have all current updates and patches. Each computer must have the original operating system installation CDs.

Installation of Wireless Bridge/Router Solution: The actual configuration times vary depending on your network. Forbin will be available to assist with the configuration of the client workstations. Our standard networking charge $125.00 per hour will apply. The network charges start from the time we leave our office and arrive on site.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY: Technical support is available by calling 319-274-4430. A Forbin Networking Support Technician will perform a remote diagnostic. If the equipment is operating within acceptable parameters, the Forbin support technician will review your current support agreement and present you with the appropriate service options.
