I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Forbin for establishing high speed Internet service in the Beaver Hills area! I was quite pleased with the team that initially came out to set up my computer and they have been quite helpful in answering all of my questions along the way. The business office has been more than accommodating in meeting all of my billing needs.

The Internet service itself has met all of my expectations. I must admit that I had become quite spoiled with cable modem service while I was living within the Cedar Falls city limits. After moving to Beaver Hills I quickly became frustrated with the speeds available using traditional dial-up service. I tried satellite internet service for a while but had continuous problems with service outages, inconsistent download speeds, and VERY "buggy" software. I was forever on the phone with Tech Support. But now with the wireless service from Forbin, the Internet has once again become a joy to use. The speeds are consistently good and the service is quite reliable. Thanks again to everyone at Forbin!
